From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and efficient check-in process. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was in perfect order. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the fresh linens and pillows added a touch of luxury. Additionally, the bathroom was spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities provided. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service throughout my stay. The reception team was always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any needs I had. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, Mr. Ahmed Bakr, and Miss Dalia 😍 The main restaurant has a lot of variety from different countries around the world, there was Egyptian, Syrian, Italian, as well as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Indian food every night. The Mexican restaurant was wonderful as well. The view and food in beach bar is amazing, sitting there was very comfortable. The beach is very nice, just be aware that it's not sandy and you need to have sea shoes to enjoy it. The kids water park is amazing, even the adults enjoyed it 😄 The heated/relaxation pool was very nice The drinks in "Brew house" and "Sky Breeze" are amazing and also chilling there was very comfortable. There was a very big screen that shows football matches, which was a huge plus to all football fans to enjoy watching their favorite team with a view while eating, or having a drink 😉 Definitely will come back again.

The room was good The food has manyy varieties and was good Their concept of all inclusive is very nice - nice drinks every where and food any time - snacks on the restaurant on the beach was really nice Staff is very helpful and co-operative The pool was really nice and the aqua park too Concept of jacuzzi on the pool is real luxurious The hotel was very clean There is many facilities for the kids Beach was nicee and water was amazing Reception was so helpful especially mariam and milad The animation team was good The hotel was luxurious overall I recommend to stay in it 🤝🫶 Overall experience was 8.9/10
